Dear who is alone,

I write this letter to who was alone right now.I hope that you are well beside your beloved and hopefully you are more better than yesterday.I know what you think right now?Did you want your family happy or not?So,I want tell you something.Although I’m not a good person but I want the best for my life!

At this time,I really want to help you but I know I can’t change yourself because only yourself can change it!I had watched  many cases of the teen’s criminal suicide in our life today.Its because of they feel alone.They think they have nothing in their life.Its absolutely not true!Because in our life,we have something that will make us happy and not feel alone anymore.Its true because I would not lie to you something that I know.For your information,before this my friend would get in this criminal suicide because she think that she is useless and have nothing but I never give up to give back her spirit with my advices.I know that I’m not in her place but for person like me that really loves my life and myself would never let her died easily.She must strong to overcome all the trials in life.She would never get happy ending easily before she overcome the trials in her life.That is we call life!’No pain no gain’ always in mind set because it will help you to get back your spirit!

I really want to help you but only I can do right now is to give you my encouraging words.I know you can hear this advices that everyone can tell but did you know that someone told you this who really cares about you.I hope you will think deeply about this!At this time,you must keep pushing your spirit!!Not only your spirit but your mentality and physically.I really write this letter hearty to make you realizes that you are not alone.There are some people that have more bad and difficult in their life than you.So,you must feel grateful with your life!!Don’t you ever think that you are useless or have nothing in your life!!We all know that we are not born to be the useless.So,this also you must keep it on your mind!!

Last but not least,I hope that you will try change yourself to be a better person.I would not force you to follow my advices because I do not have rights over you and I don’t have any relationship with you.I only want to help person like you because you are a human like me!!So,between us doesn’t have any differences because we are the same of divine creation.I hope you will accept it with sincerely.No matter what,you must do the best for your life and never give up!!So,you will get the happy ending and your family will happy ever and after.

MY OPINION ABOUT THE BIG BANG THEORY

 The show is centered on five characters: two roommate geniuses who work at the Calofornia Institute of Technology , experimental physicist Leonard Hofstadted and theoretical physicist Sheldon Cooper, their neighbor Penny, across the hall  an attractive blonde waitress and aspiring actor; and Leonard and Sheldon's equally geeky and socially awkward co-workers and friends Howard Wolowitz,  an aerospace engineer and a non-PhD from JPL,  and Rajesh Koothrapalli, a particle astrophysicist postdoct  also working at Caltech. The intellect of the four guys is contrasted for comic effect with Penny's social skills and common sense. Three other supporting characters have also been promoted to main cast status for a few episodes:Leslie Winkle, a Caltech colleague of Leonard, Sheldon, and Raj,Bernadette, a microbiology graduate student who works with Penny part time as a waitress and has dated and recently has become engaged to Howard; and Amy Farrah Fowler a neurobiologist who was hooked up with Sheldon via an online dating service (courtesy of Howard and Raj, who were later horrified when Amy turned out to be essentially a female version of Sheldon).

My opinion about this movies is the toleration.Its because when we have toleration with each other,our life would be easy and will be flow smoothly.Sheldon Cooper is the one character that I like because he have this behaviour.He always tolerate with his friends.He also never give up with everything such as he will debate with his friends what he thinks is true.He always understand to his friend and never talk roughly with anyone.The movies also show to us that how can we survive in our life.It teach us that we must never give up in our life because we know that life is so difficult to through it to get the happy ending!!So,the conclusion is we must take care ourselves and always be careful with our surrounding!

MY OPINION ABOUT THE 500 DAYS OF SUMMER

   "(500) Days of Summer" is something seldom seen: an original romantic comedy.
It bristles with energy, emotional and intellectual, as it flits about the dizzying highs and weeping-karaoke lows of a passionate entanglement. The film's many virtues include an unusual storytelling conceit, a sharp sense of music, a lover's-eye view of Los Angeles and on-the-money performances by Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel.


   My opinion about this movies is the determination.Its because Tom Hansen is very determinate for the girl that he loves.He never give up for Summer's love although Summer already told that she do not believe in true love and doesn't want any relationship with other guys.Tom is really want Summer to be his lovers but the bad sides is Tom can't accept that Summer is really don't want any relationship with guys.He keep pushing Summer to accept his love.Its not good in any relationship!!Otherwise,you will get trouble in your life!We must always think positives in everything because if we think negatives we never get the good result.We must accept each result that we get even it is a bad one.That is we call life!!So,you can't never to refuse the result that we get.If we get the bad result its because of our attitude!!So,we must keep this attitude to ourselves.

THE CHARACTER THAT I LIKE IN THE 500 DAYS OF SUMMER

        Summer and Tom grow closer, despite Summer's telling Tom that she does not  believe in true love, and does not want a boyfriend.

         Tom shows Summer his favorite spot in the city, which overlooks a number of buildings he likes, although the view is spoiled by parking lots. After several months of dating, Tom gets into a fight with a man who flirts with Summer, and they have their first argument. On day 290, Summer and Tom end their relationship after they see The Graduate, a film which Tom thinks shows true love. Tom does not take the breakup well, and Tom's friends call his younger sister, Rachel, to calm him down.

The character that I like is Tom Hansen because he is very determinate in everything such as he really want Summer's love but Summer doesn't want any relationship with other guys because she do not believe in true love.He also never give up in everything because he really want Summer's love.He really loves Summer!!!But,he did not think that she would never be his lovers because she have told already that she do not believe in true love.He always think positive and always tolerate with each other.He always think positives in everything but the bad side is he never can accept that Summer really don't loves him.Because of this attitude he over think positives that Summer really loves him but its never happen!!So,we must think positives with the correct ways and never do in the wrong ways!!

THE MORAL VALUES OF THE ZOMBIELAND

   The group decides to travel to "Pacific Playland"amusement park, which is rumored to be zombie-free. Columbus disagrees at first, but when Wichita informs him that his hometown has been destroyed, he decides to stay with the group, having nowhere else to go. Along the way, they pass through Hollywood and Tallahassee decides to take them to Bill Murray's mansion. Tallahassee and Wichita meet Murray himself, uninfected but disguised as a zombie so that he can walk safely among the infected and play golf without being bothered. When Murray attempts to scare Columbus and Little Rock as a practical joke, Columbus shoots and kills him, believing him to be a real zombie.

   The moral values of this movies is the toleration with each others.It is because when we got the problem,we must tolerate with each others to solve quickly this problem.If we don't have this moral in ourselves,our life would be ruined and can't life easily.Other else,we must never give up in our life because if we easily give up we will get the bad effect.So,we must always keep on going in our life!!

    The college student "Columbus"Jesse Eisenberg is on his way to Columbus,Ohio to see if his parents are still alive. Columbus is a shut-in who has spent most of his life inside playing World of Warcraft. He loses his car in an accident and encounters "Tallahassee"Woody Harrelson who is on a quest to find the last Twinkies on Earth. They travel together and when they stop at a grocery store, they meet two sisters, "Wichita" Emma Stone and "Little Rock" Abigail Breslind.The sisters con them into handing over their weapons and steal their vehicle. Later, the two men find another truck loaded with weapons, but when they meet the girls again, the girls attempt once more to steal their truck. Columbus proposes a truce and suggests they travel together.

   I like the character in this movie is Columbus because he is a good person.He always think positive about everything and he have his own rules which is good for himself.He always tolerate with others to get the solution otherwise the problems can't be solved.He also a responsible person because he go to Columbus,Ohio to see if his family are still alive!!It such a good person for me because he never give up for finding his family.Its shows that he is really loves his family and for him that his family is the one in his life!!Our family can't never be replaced!We must remember that in our life.

THE MORAL VALUES OF THE 500 DAYS OF SUMMER

   The moral values is about the life.I would venture that the meaning of life is different for different people. Therefore the meaning of life is not this or that but it depends who you are! The first question on the way then is: Who Am I? This question is not just an abstract question, but it leads to the discovery of meaning in life. This is not necessarily to say that the meaning of life is 'relative'. One of the best places to start to find an answer to the question of who I am, which directs me forcefully toward the meaning of life is the thought of death. I like Nietzsche's aphorism in the Gay Science, entitled, The Thought of Death. Or best of all, Tolstoy's novel, The Death of Ivan Ilyicc. Confronting the question of death, through reading and imagining, brings us into a sense of the meaning of life. We often imagine dying is something that 'happens', like an event, at the end of life, but being mortal, such as we all are, means I am dying now — even I am as I write this and you as you read it. When you can think of death (and it is only modern Western culture that in the history of the world has avoided this thought) you know what is important and what it not; you know what is meaningful and what is not. Not because you know something more than you knew before, not because you are better informed by philosophy, but because you can SEE now what before you could not. The meaning of life is not a datum, it is something that must dawn upon us. The question, Who am I? posed in tandem with the thought of death clears our vision so that the meaning of life can be beheld.So,we must love our life eventhough that is so bitter to through it.If we can through the trials in our life,we will get the happy ending!!Everyone want the happy ending right?So,no point we want to refuse the trials that comes to us.That's why we call life.So,we must keep tightly our spirit in ourselves.Don't ever lose that spirit in our life!!

MY OPINION ABOUT THE ZOMBIELAND

    The story is simple. A nerdy WoW-player lives an abandoned life on a planet invaded by zombies. This is our story teller. Few humans have survived. One of them is a tough-guy loner who is crazy about a certain brand of fast food. Two sisters, young and pretty, naturally, have also survived. The four of them team up and this is basically what the movie is about.

    My opinion about this movie is really good because there are many funny actions that make me laugh.Although this movie is kind of horror movie but its actually not only the horror movie but its combined with comedy.Its really fun.I want to be the part of this movie because I want to feel how I can survive in the zombieland!!!I think its can give me more experiences about life in the zombieland!!This movies give us a good lessons that is we must do something with a hardworking in our life.We also must keep on going in our life if we want the happy ending!!Never look back!!

THE CHARACTERS THAT I LIKE IN THE BIG BANG TEORY

    Sheldon Cooper,originally from East Texas, he was a child prodigy who began college at the age of 11 (after completing the fifth grade), started graduate studies at 14, and earned his first Ph.D. at 16. A theoretical physicists focusing on string theory, he possesses a master's degree, two Ph.D.s, and an IQ of 187. He exhibits a strict adherence to routine; a lack of understanding of irony, sarcasm, and humor; he is also uninterested in many of the romantic hijinks of Leonard, Howard, and Raj. These characteristics are the main sources of his humor and the basis of a number of episodes. Sheldon shares an apartment with Leonard Hofstadter, across the hall from Penny, and relies on both for advice in social situations.

   I like this character because he is always think positive.He also always tolerate with his friends in everything.He have a good looking too than others.He always responsible with his work.He always think positives that this life must be have a good thing that we can't never get it if we can't through the life!!If we keep on going in our life we can get a  good and happy ending!!So,we must always keep finding what is life.

     The meaning of life constitutes a philosophical question concerning the purpose and significanses of life in general. This concept can be expressed through a variety of related questions, such as "Why are we here?", "What is life all about?", and "What is the meaning of it all?" It has been the subject of much scientific and theological eculation throughout history. There have been a large number of theories to these questions from many different cultural and ideological backgrounds.
      The meaning of life is deeply mixed with the philosophical and religious conceptions of existences,social ties, and happiness and touches many other issues, such as symbolic meaning,value,purpose,good and evil,free will, the existences of God, the soul, and the after life. Scientific contributions focus more on describing related empirical facts about the universe they largely shift the question from "why?" to "how?" and provide context and parameters for meaningful conversations on such topics. Science also provides its own recommendations for the pursuit of well-being. An alternative,humanistics (rather than religious) approach is the question "What is the meaning of my life?" The value of the question pertaining to the purpose of life may coincide with the achievement of ultimate reality, or a feeling of sacredness.
       So,the conclusion is we must love our life because we can't never get the second life.We only have one chances for life.We must do the best for our life to get the happy ending!!If we easily give up in our life we can't never get the precieous experiences.Each our trials,we can get the moral from that and can be the lesson to us to keep going in life no matter what.

Wichita and Little Rock arrive at Pacific Playland and turn on all the rides and lights, attracting nearby zombies. A battle ensues, leaving the sisters trapped on a drop tour ride and running low on ammunition. Tallahassee and Columbus arrive just as the sisters' ammunition is depleted. Tallahassee manages to lure the majority away, then intentionally locks himself in a game booth while Columbus goes after the sisters. Columbus saves the girls and, in thanks, Wichita reveals her real name to him, Krista. The two then share their first kiss. Tallahassee eliminates the remaining zombies single-handedly and finally gets a Twinkie that Little Rock had acquired. As the four leave the park, Columbus realizes that he has a real family at last.

AN ARTICLE OF HEALTH

     Public health has been described as "the science and art of preventing disease, prolonging life and promoting health through the organized efforts and informed choices of society, organizations, public and private, communities and individuals."It is concerned with threats to the overall health of a community based on population health analysis. The population in question can be as small as a handful of people or as large as all the inhabitants of several continents (for instance, in the case of a pandemic). Public health has many sub-fields, but typically includes the interdisciplinary categories of epidemiology, biostatistics and health services. Environmental health, community health, behavioral health, and occupational health, are also important areas of public health.
     The focus of public health interventions is to prevent and manage diseases, injuries and other health conditions through surveillance of cases and the promotion of healthy behaviors, communities and environments. Its aim is preventing from happening or re-occurring health problems by implementing educational programs, developing policies, administering services, and conducting research. In many cases, treating a disease or controlling a pathogen can be vital to preventing it in others, such as during an outbreak. Vaccination programs and distribution of condoms to prevent the spread of communicable diseases are examples of common preventive public health measures.
      Public health also takes several actions to limit the health disparities between different areas of the country, continent or world. The great issue is addressing access of individuals and communities to health care, in terms of financial, geographical or sociocultural constraints in access to and use of services.              Applications of the public health system include areas of maternal and child health, health services administration, emergency response, and prevention and control of infectious and chronic diseases.
The great positive impact of public health programs is widely acknowledged. Due in part to the policies and actions developed through public health, the 20th century registered a decrease of the mortality rates in infants and children and a continual increase in life expectancy in most parts of the world. For example, it is estimated that the life expectancy has increased for Americans by thirty years since 1900, and worldwide by six years since 1990.


     The health is very important to our life.If we have a good health,we can do anything that we want to do because we are the healthy person.So,we must take care our health for our life.We also must careful with our surrounding because there are many risks to give us diseases.So,the conclusion is the health is very precious in our life!This article I like because I want to know more about the health.From this article,we can get that the health can be influnced by many aspects.So,we must careful with everything.In our life,we have many types of food that is really delicious but we didn't ever see that the food that we ate is a good or bad for our health.So,every time we must check it first for our benefit.Although that diseases  does't have in our ancestors but why we get that diseases??So,the reason is around us that  can be happens but we can't see it.So,we can't ever take it slightly about this matter.Last but not least,we must take care about others because if we didn't care about others ,the diseases maybe can flow widely and faster than we expected.

Following a karaoke night, Tom's friend and co-worker McKenzie reveals that Tom is attracted to Summer. During the next few months Summer and Tom grow closer, despite Summer's telling Tom that she does not believe in true love, and does not want a boyfriend.
Tom shows Summer his favorite spot in the city, which overlooks a number of buildings he likes, although the view is spoiled by parking lots.     Summer quits the greeting card company. Tom's boss moves him to the consolations department, as his depression is not suitable for happier events. Months later, as Summer and Tom attend the wedding of a co-worker, they dance at the wedding and Summer catches the bouquet. They sit next to each other on the trip home, and Summer invites Tom to a party at her apartment. He attends the party, but leaves when he sees that Summer is wearing an engagement ring. Tom enters a deep depression, only leaving his apartment for alcohol and junk food. After a few days, he returns to work with a hangover and after an emotional outburst, quits his job. He decides to rededicate himself to architecture, makes a list of firms, and begins to attend interviews.
    On day 488, Summer sees Tom at his favorite spot in the city, and they talk. Tom states his lack of understanding towards her actions. Summer explains that he was right about the existence of true love and that she discovered in someone else all the feelings she had never felt with Tom. Summer holds Tom's hand. She says she is glad to see Tom is doing well. As she leaves Tom tells her he really hopes she is happy.
Twelve days later, he attends a job interview and meets a girl who is also applying for the same job. They talk, and Tom learns she shares his favorite spot and dislike for the parking lots. Before entering the interview, he makes a date to have coffee with her afterwards. He asks her name, and she replies "Autumn".

THE POWERS OF TIME

What is time?For me, time is very important because time will not wait for us but we have to pursue the time. Time is very precious for me because if I didn’t care about time so my life would be ruined.In other ways,we must grab the time for our success.There are two situations that we must careful about it which is time will control ourselves or we will control the time.For this problem, we must make a good decision otherwise our life will be ruined.

I have to admit that myself is one of the person that can’t take care of time.There are many things that I was left by time because I didn’t grab the time.I was really regret about it.I had many experiences that I was left by time that until now I really frustrated.A person like me is always do work on last minutes.I can’t change my behaviour right now but I will try my best to change it slowly soon.I hope so!!

When the exam is coming,I will relax and think that is easy.That is really bad mind set and not good for your life.I study one day before exam so at that time I am on distressful situation because I scared that I cannot be answer the question.So,its really frustrating moment.When I study on last minutes,the subject that I read that time can’t be memorized on the exam.It’s suprising me because at that time I study hard.I really felt down at that time but I know that it’s my fault,so I really want to  be memorized because we were in a hurry situation.It’s really not good for us.I admit that.So,we must do the preparation for exam from the beginning or in other words after we had the lecture for that subject,we must revise it.It’s more better.

Other else,I had experiences about this situation that I cannot forget until now that is when I’m on my secondary school.My teacher have already give the homework to the student one week before the date of submission.Unfortunately,I forgot that homework because I think I can finish that work in one night before the date of submission.But,it doesn’t work for me.So,for the repay on my mistakes I have to run and at the same time I must say “i’m sorry” loudly at the whole school.That was so embrassing moment that I never felt.Until today I still remember about that.That was happen because of my attitude.So,I had learn something that nothing can be complete in one time.Am I right??So,we don’t ever take slightly about this issue.

I have one more experiences that I want to share.It’s happen when I’m on primary school.At that time I have involved in netball competition.At the same time,I have to do some work that must be submit to the teacher to get point in exam.But,I mostly spend my time with the netball preparation which is I always practise that after school.I’m very hard to do that work because I can’t arrange better my time.Because of that,I don’t pass up my work to the teacher so I can’t get the point for my exam.It’s really sad and frustrating moment.When I flash back,I really want that time to turn back.But I know that the time can’t turn back because it’s always move forward and never turn back.That is the principes of time.So,we can’t never change it.

Last but not least,time is always in front of us so we must grab that time fasterly.We also must arrange our time to get the better production that we want.Based on my stories,I hope you can get something to learn and you can see that if we can’t used time carefully,our life would be frustrating.So,time is very powerful in our life and “time is a gold”.So,I hope we can used time better in everything that we want to do.I hope that time would never control our life!! 

           

FRIENDS AND FRIENDSHIP

Who is friends and what is meaning of friends
A lot of people go through life with only a few friends. It seems that some have less than that. They have no one on whom they can call in good times or bad. There is no one with whom to bounce ideas around, or to talk about deep and troubling subjects. They have no one to call in times of need or difficulty. They are at the mercy of life, standing alone.
Others seem to have a multiple number of friends like google’s PageRank which increases in cumulative. Wherever they go, people know them, and like to be around them. when a trouble strike, their biggest hesitation might be over which friend to call. They know exactly the person with whom to discuss the topics of inquiry and debate. Life is full of entertaining and invigorating relationships because it is full of friends. These friends will be like a Degree course in friendship.. When we study them we get lot of knowledge about friendship. They have a lot of ideas flowing and they discuss any topic which is hard to discuss.
Of course, some people are perfectly happy to operate with fewer friends. They might rather have a few deep and loyal friends, than many superficial ones. Others thrive best when friends are everywhere and numerous. It is not so much the number of friends that is important as is the possession of friends, period. Loyal and deep friendship is good. It doesn’t care about the numbers, Even if you have one loyal trustable friend. it is better than to have hundreds of untrustable, superficial friends. With the trusted friends we can discuss our problem areas and get ideas for solving them also. These friends share their time with us to solve problems. But when you have lots of friends who are not loyal or trustable it is the case of the person who is not having any friends. Even after having hundreds of friends our mind can’t able to find real, trustable friends.
Friendship is a blessing…
Friendship is a blessing, and a friend is the channel through whom great emotional, spiritual, and sometimes even physical blessings flow. Friends will cheer us when we’re sorrowful or depressed. Friends will challenge us to attain our orginal limits with encouragement when we allow ourselves not to go beyond our reasonable boundaries. Friends will motivate us when we’re ready to give in, and they can provide for us when life falls apart. Friends are there when all is well, and we want someone with whom to share life’s pleasant and memorable moments. We often just want them around, to have a good time, to laugh, to act silly, to enjoy some mutually liked activity. In how many ways have friends enriched our lives and made us feel loved, accepted, respected and cared for? Probably, too many to list, and the list grows daily.
When you act silly with friends around they also comes and join you and get the enjoyment that you are getting. In the dictionary of friendship there is no word named sorrow. Friends will enter into that word and friends break the word into peices. They motivate us to attain our goal. They will stand by our side when you need a support. you will tell about a girl/guy whom you love and will ask for help for the love. You can’t tell the same to parents or any other before the love starts. In our life deciding factor also there is a friend and his/her friendship is helping you. When you get problem in that love all others will run from u but not your bet friend. They help us by challenging( a challenge which motivates us) and also motivates us for reaching our aim.
When you are in college or studies you ask doubts in the subjects not to the professor but to a friend. Friends never says no to anything. They will try to help us and try to solve the doubts. When you play a friend is the first person to cheer you when you do a record. Friends will be the first to treat us without any jealous mind. friends consider the record of yours as theirs and they feel happy by telling about the record to others. In life we share most of the time with friends. We can’t share some topics with our parents but we can share any topic, with friends. friends research that topic as a judge and tell us the good’s and bad’s
Friendship is everlasting…
Friendship is only everlasting feature in this world. There may be biggest miracle which can change the entire world but even in that miracle also friendship will come out from its sleep. Friendship is like a banyan tree. Banyan tree seed is very small, but when it comes out of earth nothing can stop its growth. The same applies to friendship also. Friendship will reside in our heart like the banyan tree seed. When it finds the correct soil in another heart it starts its growth. at one stage when you get more friendly with that person it will become tree after that nothing in this world can stop it. Friends will try to find new ways to make you not to fall. Friends may not save but they never let you go to deep. Friends find innovative ways to stop you from falling and try to get some more help to lift you.
Friendship is courage…
Friends, They are the only source of our brave hearts. When we don’t have any friends we won’t come out when there is a trouble. But when we have friends with us, We never sit inside during a friend is in problem. We may not be brave but friendship gives courage to our mind and body. Friends will save us from any situations. Friends will help us to escape from big troubles. Friends will come front to solve the problems. Friendship never knows to runaway during problems. A good friend stays when there is problem and goes after the problem solves.
We can tell a lot about friendship and friends. You may have a lot of friends but try to get a friend who is loyal, trustable to us and be like that to your friend also.
